Step 1: Nomination Form

The first thing you need to do is fill out the nomination form for most awards. The awards you do NOT need to fill out a form for are: Merit Scholar, Membership Explosion, Professional Cup. Below are the links for all of the forms:



Step 2: Submit Form and Other Needed Materials

Once you have filled out your form, and collected any other materials that you need (such as letters of recommendation), it is time to submit! Below is a step by step guide on how to do it, and if you have any questions, as always let us know.
